Having trouble coming up with vegan snack ideas? Well, you've come to the right place!

I have a really hard time thinking of easy, healthy, and yummy vegan/vegetarian snacks. I don't want something too heavy, but I want to be satisfied. I also want to make sure that my snack is healthy and nutritious, but still tasty. Lastly, I have a really busy schedule, so I need a recipe that's easy to whip up! So, I have compiled a list of some of my favorite snacks that fit this criteria. Snack time is really important to me because I naturally get hungry after every 3-4 hours, so that is why I decided to dedicate a post about it. I hope you guys enjoy :)

Avocado Toast

This dish is super delicious and you can change it up anyway you want. You can add vegan cheese, spices, tofu, vegetables, hot sauce, and greens! I absolutely love this dish, so I highly recommend you try this yummy yet nutritious snack.

Bruschetta with an Iced Matcha Tea Latte

Recently, I have been so obsessed with iced matcha tea lattes! I make mine with oat milk and use sugar or maple syrup as my sweetener. Matcha has a lot of great nutrients. Bruschetta pairs great with this drink, so you should definitely try this.

Chia Seed Pudding with Fruits

Chia seed pudding is so refreshing and healthy. It is packed with awesome ingredients, and it happens to be super yummy too. I make mine with oat milk or coconut milk. I also top my pudding with fruits and granola.

Grilled Veggies and Tofu

It is really important for vegans and vegetarians to get in a lot of protein in their diet. Well, thankfully tofu happens to be filled with protein and tastes delicious. This snack is super easy to make and only requires a couple of ingredients. It is perfect!

Black Bean Burger Patty with a Salad

Again, protein is really important. So this snack idea is the perfect fix! Black bean burgers are super tasty, and I like to use some condiments like ketchup and sweet/sour sauces. Lastly, I like to also add a salad to make sure I am getting in my greens.

Bombay Sandwich

This sandwich is so tasty and has great flavors. My family makes it with thin slices of tomatoes, beet root, potatoes, and cucumbers. We also spread Indian mint chutney on the slices of bread. You can add more vegetables and spices to your liking. It is a simple but delicious snack!
