Here are some easy vegan recipe ideas my family and I have made over the years. Experimenting with vegan recipes has been helping me transition into a vegan diet. I hope you enjoy these ideas!

This dinner was SO GOOD. It was healthy, filled with protein, nutrients, vegetables, and it was super tasty. It wasn't hard to make and required simple ingredients. Definitely try this one out!

I don't know about you, but I love carrot cake. This recipe was super easy and didn't require that much time. It turned out delicious!

Veggie Burger Patty, Salad, and Homemade Fries:

When you don't have too much time to whip-up a three course meal, you should definitely try this recipe. You can purchase veggie/vegan burger patties at any store. The salad was super delicious and required only a few ingredients. We also made the fries in the air fryer. Super easy and super yummy.

This recipe is so yummy! It's filled with vegetables and spices, and it's super easy to make. This one is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Hot Apple Pie Pockets

This gooey, yummy, and sweet treat is super easy to make. It requires a couple of spices, apples, and vegan pastry dough. That's all! This recipe goes great with vegan ice cream or some plant milk!
